Fraternity extension program and report to the Fraternity Council on possible campuses for extension. Should the Fraternity Council determine a college or university is qualified for the establishment of a new chapter, the procedure shall be: 1. To comply with the National Panhellenic Conference Unanimous Agreements on extension, including verification from the proper authority that the campus is open for extension. 2. To advise the respective District Directors and Content Specialists involved that a new chapter is under consideration and contact representatives of the nearest alumnae association to ascertain interest in a chapter at the college or university. 3. To appoint, in consultation with the Fraternity President, a committee to visit the campus once it is open for extension. 4. To prepare an estimate of expenses, including the cost of housing if required. 5. To arrange for a visit to the college or university to make an extension presentation, secure information about the c ollege or university, and prepare a visiting report to forward with recommendations to the Fraternity Council, District Directors and Content Specialists of the district involved. C. Field Representatives. The duties of the Field Representatives Committee shall be: 1. To plan and conduct interviews with a Fraternity Vice President of the final Leadership Consultant candidates. 2.
